Connie brings 34 years’ practical experience integrating recordkeeping,
investment management, documentation and participant counseling to our
organization. Having managed tumultuous industry transitions related to ERISA
and the Tax Reform Act of ‘86 as well as helping frightened participants
maintain their financial goals during periods of market volatility like 1987,
1990, 1998 and 2001-2002, Connie’s invaluable perspective supports Plan
Administrators, Companies and participants alike.
Having received training from some of the finest actuarial
firms and then become co-owner of one of the largest retirement plan consulting
firms in the northeast (a firm ultimately sold to a public company), Connie has
also been a Principal and Associated Person of several Registered Investment
Advisors. She is a Qualified Pension Administrator, having completed a
multi-year course covering the administrative and qualification issues related
to Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans. In 2009, she also
received her ERPA designation, which allows her to represent retirement plan
clients in front of the IRS. The wealth of experience
Connie offers NestEggs’ clients is incalculable,
and in her capacity of client relationship manager she is in the perfect
position to apply it.
