Robert F. Slimmon

For 33 years Rob has designed, marketed and implemented fully-bundled retirement plan solutions for mid-sized public and private companies through two successful entrepreneurial firms he founded and built — one of which was acquired by a public company. Marketing both directly to clients and jointly with other investment professionals, Rob has achieved national recognition delivering turn-key programs encompassing all facets of compensation, benefit and investment planning.

In addition to his extensive background designing retirement plans, Rob has consistently exploited technology to achieve tactical and strategic business advantage and as a means to drive enhanced productivity for his clients. His written and verbal communication skills have been demonstrated through publications, lectures and teaching. Finally, as an entrepreneur like many of his clients, Rob recognizes that the measure of business achievement is increased revenue or decreased expenses — yielding enhanced profitability and productivity. That is what his clients have demanded of him for 33 years; that is what he can deliver to your organization now.
